Say it while
it matters.

A quiet place to write to the people you love, so your words arrive at exactly the right moment. A birthday. A hard Monday. A morning years from now.

Start writing, free

No noise. No ads. Just you, and the people you'd never want to drift from.

Three quiet steps.

It takes the thing you already feel and makes sure it actually lands.

1

Gather your people

Add the ones you love, with the dates that matter: birthdays, anniversaries, the days worth remembering. It quietly keeps watch so you never forget.

2

Write the letter

Choose beautiful stationery for the moment, whether a note, a blessing, an anniversary, or a word of courage, and write it in your own words. Or a letter to your future self.

3

It arrives in time

Set when it should land, whether tomorrow morning, their birthday, or a year from now, and it arrives, beautifully, at exactly the right moment.

For the living.

There are apps for remembering people after they're gone. This is the opposite. This is for tending the people while they're here, closing the gap between what you feel and what they actually hear.

The thought arrives on the train at 7am. By lunchtime it's gone. We catch it, and make sure it reaches them.

Generous to start. Yours to grow.

The act of sending love should never be behind a paywall. Pay only if you're tending a large circle.

The honest answers.

Is it really free?

Yes. The free plan lets you write to up to ten people and send thirty letters a month, with every kind of stationery and scheduling. You only pay if you're tending a larger circle. The act of sending love is never behind a paywall.

Can the people I write to reply?

Not through Every Dear One. A letter arrives as a beautiful email from you, and if they want to respond they can simply reply to you directly, or pick up the phone. This is a quiet place for sending, not another inbox to manage.

What if my letters land in spam?

When a letter is new to someone's inbox, it can occasionally land in spam or the promotions tab the first time. If that happens, ask the person to drag it into their main inbox and mark it "not spam", and the letters that follow will arrive where they belong. We also do everything on our side to make sure your letters are properly signed and trusted.

What if someone wants to stop receiving letters?

Every letter includes a one-click unsubscribe link. If someone opts out, we stop sending to them straight away. We only ask that you add people you have a genuine relationship with.

Can I write to my future self?

Yes. Choose the future-self stationery, write what you want to remember, and set it to land months or years from now. It will be waiting for you when the day comes.

Will you sell my words or show me ads?

Never. We don't sell your data and there are no ads, anywhere. Your letters are yours; we only store and deliver them for you.

Who will you write to first?
